Postpone and cancelations

Postponement

Especially in this season we’re in, we understand that postponements and cancellations sometimes happen. We at RoyalPop do our best to accommodate all our clients when this happens.

If you need to postpone your order, let us know as soon as you make that decision. Your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded, but will be applied to your new order date in full as long as the new order date is within 365 days of your original order date. If you’d like to push your order out further than 365 days from your original order date, a new retainer will be required. Due dates associated with your order’s balance payments will be moved to 30 days before the new date. Associated postponement fees: There is no rescheduling fee associated with moving your order.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order entirely, or postpone indefinitely, please let us know as soon as you make that decision. Deposits are non-refundable 1 week before event. All Deposits are Non-Refunable but are optional to be transferred. Question or concerns please contact 301-844-8094 or Royalpopllc@gmail.com. Inclement weather does not initiate a refund and does not guarantee a reschedule date. 

Please note that we sometimes begin building for orders two to three days in advance. If you inquire about postponing or cancelling after balloons have been built, no refunds will be made and monies paid will be forfeited.

Service Agreement

Arrival: Royal Pop will arrive on-site as specified by the client. We cannot be held accountable for delays or incomplete décor if we are not given a reasonable amount of time to complete the services outlined in this agreement. Please allow a minimum of three hours for setup, unless otherwise discussed with the decorator and agreed before event.

 

Disposal: Breakdown and haul-away services are included only as specified in this agreement. Ensure you pay for these breakdown services additionally, as all Embellishments and Framework remain the property of Royal Pop and will be collected during event breakdown. Please inform Royal Pop of a suitable date/time for the pickup of materials used in the event (e.g., balloon stands, backdrop stands, drapes).

 

Payments: Payments must be made via debit/credit through the invoice, with major credit/debit cards accepted.

  • A 50% nonrefundable/nontransferable retainer is required to secure the decorating services outlined in this agreement, to be collected within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If the deposit is not made within this timeframe, the invoice will expire, forfeiting your event slot.

  • The remaining balance is due one day before the service date.

 

Ordering Clause: Once your order is placed, you have 24hours to make changes (e.g., colors, additional columns/arches, extra balloons). Materials will be ordered 24-48 hours after your deposit is received, so please advise of any changes promptly. Note that Royal Pop does not permit clients to provide their own balloons.

 

Material Guarantee: All materials are guaranteed to meet manufacturer specifications. If a supplier discontinues a product or changes material type, Pop reserves the right to make last-minute changes based on material availability at the time of the event. We may substitute items of similar quality. If any Royal Pop materials are damaged while in the client's possession, the client will be responsible for the full cost of those materials.

 

Accident Clause: We are not liable for accidents or injuries related our decor caused by mischief or mishandling by the client, guests, or site staff. There will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage, or failure to produce due to factors beyond our control. Guests not put latex balloons in their mouths, as some individuals may have allergic reactions.

 

Inclement Weather Clause: Royal Pop’s Balloon Decor is not responsible if weather conditions prevent us from performing the décor service as specified. This includes strong winds, rain, or snowstorms. Royal Pop is not liable for inclement weather or situations that may cancel or postpone your event. We will make every effort to accommodate date changes. COVID Clause: If a reschedule is necessary due to COVID-19 issues, the deposit will be transferred to the new date, with proof required.

 

Outdoor Décor Clause: We use high-quality products and strive to exceed your expectations; however, we cannot guarantee that balloons will remain intact when used outdoors. If inclement weather affects production, Royal Pop will do its best to provide décor alternatives. No refunds or discounts will be given for loss or breakage due to factors beyond our control.

 

Payment: Final payment must be made through the invoice one week prior to the date to ensure fulfillment of this agreement. Once final payment is received, no refunds will be provided.

 

Exclusivity Clause: to the professional nature of our designs we will not perform balloon décor if other balloon companies are also decorating your event, including inflation by unlicensed volunteers. If this occurs, Royal Pop reserves the right to leave the job site for breach of contract.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photos or videos of our work may be taken for promotional use on our website, portfolio, social media, and brochures. You agree to this and release all claims regarding the use of these images. This signed agreement serves as release authorization.

 

PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER THE CANCELLATION TERMS BEFORE COMMITTING: In case of cancellation, Royal Pop retains the right to apply the following fees: - For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, the amount will be retained by Royal Pop with no exceptions. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing postmarked according to this agreement. If the is unsatisfied with the final product, Royal Pop reserves the right to make changes at our discretion.

 

Acceptance of Proposal: The prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and accepted. Royal Pop is authorized to perform the specified services, and payment will be made as outlined within the booking form.
