Service Description

Whether you need a custom installation that transforms your venue with arches, walls, or floating designs, or a Grab & Go Garland that’s pre-made and ready for easy setup, our balloon services add style, joy, and energy to any occasion. We’ll personalize your design based on your color theme, space, and event type to ensure your decor feels completely you.




















Cancellation Policy
Arrival, Setup, and Timeliness Royal Pop will arrive on-site as specified. We require a minimum of three hours for setup, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete décor if we aren't given a reasonable amount of time to complete the services outlined here. Payments All payments must be made via debit/credit card through the invoice. A 50% nonrefundable/nontransferable retainer is required to secure your date and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this timeframe will cause the invoice to expire and forfeit your slot. The remaining balance is due one day before the service date. Once final payment is received, no refunds will be provided. Order Changes and Exclusivity You have 24 hours after placing your order to make changes (e.g., colors, additions). Materials are ordered 24-48 hours after your deposit, so advise of changes promptly. Royal Pop does not permit clients to provide their own balloons. Due to the professional nature of our designs, we require exclusivity. We will not perform décor if other balloon companies or unlicensed volunteers are also decorating your event. If this occurs, Royal Pop reserves the right to leave the job site for breach of contract. Material Ownership, Disposal, and Liability All Embellishments and Framework (e.g., stands, drapes) remain the property of Royal Pop. Breakdown and haul-away are only included if specifically purchased. Please inform us of a suitable date/time for material pickup. If any Royal Pop materials are damaged while in your possession, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost. We guarantee materials will meet manufacturer specifications. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar quality if a product is discontinued or unavailable. We are not liable for accidents or injuries related to our décor caused by mischief or mishandling by the client, guests, or site staff. No refunds will be given for loss or breakage due to factors beyond our control. Guests should not put latex balloons in their mouths due to allergy risks. Weather and Outdoor Décor Royal Pop is not responsible if weather conditions (including wind, rain, or snow) prevent us from performing or maintaining the décor as specified. We are not liable for weather or situations that may cancel or postpone your event, but we will make every effort to accommodate date changes. We cannot guarantee balloons will remain intact
