Woohoo! So glad you're ready to book your amazing balloon experience! 🎉 Just a few super important things to keep in mind to make sure everything goes off without a hitch: Deposit & Payment 💸 After you fill out your booking form, keep an eye out for a text or email notification to pay your deposit. You'll also have the option to pay your balance in full right away! If we don't receive your deposit within 24 hours of us sending your invoice, (unless we've agreed on something different), your appointment will be canceled. So don't delay! Book in Advance! 🗓️ Please, please, please book your appointment at least two weeks in advance! We're all about providing the best service and the highest quality balloons, and making sure we have all the proper equipment for your event is super important to us. Early birds get the best balloons! 🎈 Set-Up Time ⏰ When you're thinking about your time slot, please select the time we're allowed to come and set up, not the start of your event! We typically need about 2 hours before your event starts to work our magic. Want a Call? 📞 If you'd love for us to give you a call to go over all the exciting details, just add the best date and time for us to chat in the description field of your form!
